Ka C Cheok, PhD



Dr. Cheok is responsible for developing software code to analyze thermal imaging results and assisting in advanced imaging techniques such as neural networks. He teaches robotics, neural networks and analysis techniques at Oakland University in Michigan. Dr. Cheok is active in the research areas of computer controlled systems involving artificial intelligence and computer visualization. He applied advanced techniques to practical applications such as autonomous guidance of mobile robots, control of automotive systems such as active suspension, traction, stabilized platform, collision avoidance/crash impact reduction systems. He has published over 40 technical journal articles and 100 conference papers with these regards. Dr. Cheok is a graduate of University of Malaya and Oakland University.
